摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for uniformly maintaining a tensile force employed in an optical fiber transmitter is provide to keep uniformly the tensile force of an optical fiber by changing the torque of a powder break to control the rotation of a bobbin. CONSTITUTION: A guide plate(4) provided with a guide block receives a tensile force of a transmitted optical fiber to convert the received tensile force into a voltage signal. An amplifier(9) amplifies the voltage signal transmitted from the guide block. A controller(10) compares the voltage signal amplified from the amplifier(9) with an inputted reference voltage to transmit to a power pack(11) a difference voltage signal indicating a voltage deviation between the voltage signal and the inputted reference voltage. The power pack(11) converts the difference voltage signal transmitted from the controller(10) into a current signal to transmit it to a powder break(2). The powder break(2) controls the rotation of a bobbin(1) depending on a torque changed by the current signal transmitted from the power pack(11).
