PURPOSE: A static electricity removing apparatus of a dust collecting vessel is provided to enhance a static electricity removing property generating at the dust collecting vessel by grounding the dust collecting vessel using a grounding member and three phase power cord. CONSTITUTION: A static electricity removing apparatus comprises a dust collecting vessel(30) having an electrical conductivity and an electrical charging prevention property and a grounding member for connecting electrically the vessel and a circuit substrate(51). The grounding member is connected electrically between the vessel and the circuit substrate. The static electricity generated at the vessel is leaked into a ground terminal(61) of an outer power outlet(60) through a ground line(52a) of a three phase power cord(52) connected to the circuit substrate. The three phase power cord(52) is composed of a power line(52b) and a ground line(52a). The grounding member comprises a first ground terminal(21), a second ground terminal(22), and a contact member(23).
