PURPOSE: An automatic survey questionnaire construction system is provided to enable a survey requester to transmit a survey questionnaire to a survey administrator with one click operation, to enable the survey administrator to carry out the survey on a survey target while reducing a service usage fee, and giving a cyber cash or a milage point to the survey target and to receive a survey result from the survey administrator. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a survey requester constructing a survey questionnaire in a CGI(Common Gateway Interface) form at a web server of a survey administrator or transmitting a file of the survey questionnaire to the survey administrator over FTP(File Transfer Protocol), the survey requester making a payment for a request of the survey, the survey administrator periodically monitoring a survey request list while automatically checking the payment, the survey administrator generating the survey questionnaire in a CGI form and uploading the survey questionnaire to a survey management server, the survey management server analyzing the survey questionnaire, the survey management server searching for survey targets based on the characteristics of the survey, the survey management server automatically transmitting the survey questionnaire to the survey targets via an e-mail while opening the questionnaire on a web site, the survey targets making an answer to the questionnaire via an e-mail or after accessing the web site, and then the survey management server automatically giving a milage point or cyber cash to the survey answerers.
