PURPOSE: An LCD panel and a method for fabricating the same are provided to radiate light to a photosensitive sealant via a transparent conductive material by forming a pad link, or a portion formed with a photosensitive sealant of the pad link with a conductive material. CONSTITUTION: An LCD panel includes first and second substrates, a transparent conductive film(63) formed on a predetermined portion of the first substrate, gate metals(GP1-GP3..) and data metals(DP1-DP3..) formed on the first substrate except the predetermined portion, a photosensitive sealant(67) formed at a portion between the first and second substrates corresponding to the predetermined portion, and a liquid crystal layer formed between the first and second substrates.
