PURPOSE: A system for translating a language using a mobile communication network is provided to translate a language transmitted from a subscriber terminal and provide the translated language to the subscriber terminal in an LTC(Language Translation Center) of a core network. CONSTITUTION: A RAN(Radio Access Network)(4) connects to a previously installed MSC(Mobile Switching Center)(10) for performing a radio access between a terminal(2) and the MSC(10). An LTC(12) corresponds to the request of the terminal(2) through the RAN(4) and the MSC(10), translates a language, and provides the translated language to the terminal(2) through the MSC(10) and the RAN(4).
