An audio data interpolation apparatus for judging an audio state in a frame of audio data in which an error or loss has been caused. The apparatus comprises an input block for entering audio data, a detection block for detecting an error or loss in each frame of audio data, an estimation block for estimating interpolation information of the frame where an error or loss has been detected, and an interpolation block for interpolating the frame where the error or loss has been detected, by using interpolation information estimated by the estimation block for the frame.
