METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SIDE SHELL BLOCK OF SHIP

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a side shell block for a ship is provided to reduce working hours, and to cut down expenses by activating an assembly line with welding an ordinary frame and a longitudinal member in advance. CONSTITUTION: A main frame(30) is mounted, and a longitudinal member(34) is stuck in the upper part of the main frame. An ordinary frame(36) is combined with the main frame, and welded into the main frame. The longitudinal member and the ordinary frame on the main frame are combined with a hopper(38) and a saddle(40). The hopper and the saddle mounted in the longitudinal member and the ordinary frame are fastened by welding. Working hours are reduced with assembling and welding the ordinary frame and the longitudinal member after welding. Expenses are reduced with activating and adjusting the assembly line.
