PURPOSE: A network service changing and adding method for providing a seamless service, a network service providing system using the same, and a method therefor are provided to seamlessly update and replace the provided network service without stopping the network service. CONSTITUTION: A network service processor(110) performs a network service logic. An operation terminal unit(150) controls the operation of the network service processor(110). The network service processor(110) has an application shared memory(120) for storing an application as a script type in each space for performing a specific network service protocol and storing the same kinds of application scripts in each space which belongs in one channel. The network service processor(110) has a channel state information shared memory(140) for storing information for indicating whether the state of each space in each channel of the application shared memory(120) is active or standby. If a specific network service is requested, an application script is downloaded from a space with the active state to a local memory.
