FEED SUBSTITUTE FOR COMPOUND FEED BY USING WASTE FOOD AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE: A process of preparing a substitute for compound feed by fermenting chicken manure, mixing food waste and then fermenting is provided which prevents environmental pollution and produces the compound feed replacements sanitarily. CONSTITUTION: Collected food waste is ground, sieved to remove foreign materials, and then mixed with fermented chicken manure to give a mixture having a moisture content of 40 to 80% by weight followed by being fermented and packed.
