COPYING ASSISTANCE APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A copying assistance apparatus is provided to prevent a middle portion of a copy from expressing a black band as well as the failure of copying or scanning even in copying or scanning a relatively thick book. CONSTITUTION: The copying assistance apparatus, to be disposed on an exposure glass of a copying machine or a scanner, comprises a reversed V-shaped transparent base plate(6) that the bottom thereof is open; an opaque side plate(7) shielding the both side surfaces of the base plate; and a cushion member attached to certain portions of the base plate and the side plate coming in contact with the exposure glass.
