<p>Impurities can be separated from an organometallic compound by treating the composition containing the impurity-containing organometallic compound, when it is in the vapor phase, in a gas ultracentrifuge to cause a separation of the composition into fractions of differing mass with the separation of any fraction preferentially containing an impurity from any fraction containing the organometallic compound.</p> |
