PURPOSE: A device and a method for drying clothing are provided to reduce the time required for drying clothing by rotating a center rod at a low speed and by using the heat discharged from the through holes of the center rod. CONSTITUTION: A clothing drying method includes the steps of introducing heat emitted from hot wires(16) positioned on the bottom surface of a base part(11) into a center rod(2) by the rotation motion of a fan(15), rotating the center rod at a reduced speed by a pinion gear(13) engaged with a rotation gear(14) rotating at a same speed with the fan, and emitting heat via through holes(3) of the center rod to the outside of a hanger while the center rod rotates at the low speed. |
