The present invention relates to communication means, more specifically, to cordless communication means, and can be used for providing communication in railway vehicles, including, at least, one traction, means, and trailing cars, namely, in railway trains, and in metro trains. The system comprises at least one core radio station with internal or external antennas, at least one portable use terminal installed in a car and capable of connecting users via a protable radio interface with at least one of said core radio stations, and at least on user terminal capable of being connected to the emergency alarm means of a railway car. The core radio station is capable of receiving and transmitting radio signals in the 1800-1900 MHz range, which contains at least 6 radio channels, and communicaiton information to the central controller.
