MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FORM SEPARATING MATERIAL OF CERAMIC FOR IRON MILL

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a form separating material of ceramic is provided to protect the surface of refractories in iron mill. CONSTITUTION: The form separating material of ceramic is prepared by milling sodium silicate 50 wt.%, aluminum oxide 5 wt.%, airo sil 5 wt.%, E-clay 5 wt.%, soft stone 5 wt.% and blending it for 3 hours; adding carbon 30 wt.% followed by rapid mixing for 3 hours.
