PURPOSE: A structure for controlling movement of a pedal for a vehicle is provided to control of movement of a pedal for a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A structure for controlling movement of a pedal for a vehicle has a pedal bracket(26) fixed to a constituting member of a primary vehicle body moving in the rear direction of a vehicle when external force over predetermined value is acted on the vehicle; a pedal(10) of a pivot type vehicle supported to the pedal bracket to be moved; a pressure transmission member(58) to transmit pressure applied to the pedal to a hydraulic conversion unit(22); a link unit composed of a primary link(52) and a secondary link(68); and a movement control unit(86). The pedal has a pedal plate receiving pressure of a driver at the lower end. The link unit includes a regulation unit preventing the primary link from rotating and moving in the reverse direction of pedal operation. Therefore, moving of the pedal is controlled.
