PURPOSE: A cooling wear for protecting sperm is provided to improve a reproductive power of men and maintain reproduced sperm in a healthy condition by cooling a testis under a high temperature of at least 33deg.C. CONSTITUTION: The cooling wear for protecting sperm is comprised of a cooling agent(1), a ventilation pack(2) receiving the cooling agent, an air and water tight material(3) for preventing the cooling agent from contacting around the scrotum, ventilation holes and an absorbent(4) for removing the sweat around the scrotum as well as dew condensation and moisture caused by temperature difference, and an adhesive member(5) for fixing a cooling wear to an underwear.
