The combined harvester has associated test trays for checking losses and these test trays are discarded no longer manually but automatically controlled from the driver cab. The test trays are held in holders (4) attached behind the cutter or under the thresher and can be released to any interested party involved in monitoring the harvested losses. When depositing swathes the holders are fitted underneath the thresher to detect losses.
