Eternal compositions for topical use which contain as the active ingredient terpene-type compounds and compounds having an antianginal activity represented by the following general formula (XIII)or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof: (XIII) wherein R<1> represents hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, etc.; R<2> represents hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, etc.; and n is 1 or 2. These compositions have an excellent effect of the percutaneous absorption accelerating compounds and are useful as preventives or remedies for angina.
