PURPOSE: An apparatus for supporting a battery case installed in a communication system is provided to prevent that a rack inclines and falls because of a weight of a battery by adjusting a supporting portion moved at a side of the battery case up and down when exchanging the battery safely received in an internal portion of the battery case and supporting the battery case. CONSTITUTION: A battery case(70) accommodates a battery in its internal portion, and a supporting asperity(71) is formed at both sides of the battery case(70). A supporting portion(80) is safely received in the supporting asperity(71) of the battery case(70) for supporting the battery case(70) moved at an external side.
