PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophoretic device for easily fluorescently detecting a sample separated by molecular weight with high precision. SOLUTION: This device comprises a plurality of capillaries 1a-1t for electrophoretically separating a fluorescently labeled sample, means 8, 9 and 10 for forming a sheath flow in the vicinity of each of one-side terminals of the capillaries within one optical cell 4, and a means 4 for irradiating the sample with laser beam in the sheath flow to detect the fluorescence generated from the fluorescent label. According to this, a plurality of samples can be simultaneously migrated and measured. |
