PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dissolved state-stabilizing magnesium salt of ascorbic acid-2-phosphate, usable for a medicine, a food additive and a feed, and hardly causing sedimentation and precipitation especially by water or the water containing an alcohol, and further to provide a method for producing the magnesium salt. SOLUTION: This method for producing the dissolved state-stabilizing magnesium salt of the ascorbic acid-2-phosphate is characterized in that an aqueous solution of the magnesium salt of the ascorbic acid-2-phosphate is spray-dried under a high-temperature condition. The dissolved state-stabilizing magnesium salt of the ascorbic acid-2-phosphate is obtained by the method for producing the magnesium salt. |
