PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system capable of performing air conditioning efficiently with superior economics to an air conditioner or the like. SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 5 is arranged outdoors immediately before the outdoor unit 3 in a heat pump type air conditioner, and outside air OA supplied indoors is introduced to this heat exchanger 5 through a supply air duct 6. Moreover, the indoor exhaust air EA to be exhausted is introduced through an exhaust duct 8 for heat exchange, and the exhaust air EA after the heat exchange is blown to the outdoor unit 3. As a result, an air conditioning system with improved space-heating/cooling efficiency is formed.
