PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a large reactive force by compressed air from being applied to a grommet such as a conventional pallet, and therefore, totally press- fit the grommet in a recess for the press-fitting of the grommet, and at the same time, surely prevent the grommet from lifting due to the large reactive force of the compressed air. SOLUTION: When the grommet 18 is press-fitted in the recess 14 for the press-fitting of the grommet, a space section 17 as an air reservoir is formed under the grommet for this pallet P made of the synthetic resin.
