<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive body by which a high quality image is stably obtained even for higher durability, higher sensitivity and repeated use and an electrophotographic method, an electrophotographic device and a process cartridge for electrophotography to eliminate necessity for replacing the photosensitive body, to enable high speed printing and by which the high quality image is stably obtained even in the repeated use. SOLUTION: In this electrophotographic sensitive body constituted by providing a single layer photosensitive layer or laminated structure of an electric charge generation layer and an electric charge transportation layer on a conductive base, when one or a plurality of kinds of fillers are contained in the most front surface layer of the electrophotographic sensitive body and relation between quantum efficiencyηof the photosensitive body and field intensity E regarding the photosensitive body is expressed by a formula (I), it is characterized that b is <=0.5 and film thickness of the single layer photosensitive layer or the electric charge transportation layer is <=25μm.η=a×E<b> (I) (ηdenotes the quantum efficiency of the photosensitive body, (a) denotes a coefficient and E denotes the field intensity).</p> |
