PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PVA extrusion method using a twin-screw extruder for manufacturing a product of good quality with high productivity by removing such a defect that a PVA solution of good quality not generating undissolved lumps and air bubbles can not be manufactured in a conventional twin-screw extruder and productivity is also bad, and the twin-screw extruder. SOLUTION: The PVA extrusion method using the twin-screw extruder has a process for preparing the twin-screw extruder having a vent hole, a process for supplying powdery PVA by rotating the screws of the twin-screw extruder, a process for supplying a solvent for liquefying PVA, a process for removing air and volatile matter or the like in the PVA solution from the vent hole, a process for supplying a plasticizer for plasticizing PVA and a process for uniformly dispersing the PVA solution to extrude the same. |
