PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply tank to suppress radiation of steam and a smell from the internal part of the hot water supply tank and formed that a foreign matter hardly enters from an external part, and to provide an air conditioning device having the hot water supply tank. SOLUTION: In the hot water supply tank 34 provided with a hot water supply tank body 34A to store hot water at an internal part and at the upper part of the hot water supply tank body 34A with a ventilation device 65, the ventilation device 65 is provided at the hot water supply tank body 34A with a capillary-form ventilation pipe 65A to intercommunicate the internal part and the external part of the body 34A. A trap 66 is formed at the ventilation pipe 65A and the ventilation pipe 65A is formed such that a discharge port 67 of the tip part on the outside of the hot water supply tank body 34A is opened with upside down.
