SOLUTION: Light of a wavelength exciting a labeled phosphor is emitted to obtain a fluorescent image 101, a mask is prepared by a foreign matter area image 103 extracted from an image 102 of the foreign matter deposited on a measuring object provided by being irradiated by light of a wavelength not exciting the phosphor, and a fluorescent image 104 in which a foreign matter area is removed from the fluorescent image 101 is obtained by gaining logical product of the mask and the fluorescent image 101.
