SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GUIDING POSITION OF PARKED VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A system and a method for guiding a position of a parked vehicle are provided to display the position of the parked vehicle on an electronic map by using an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) card and a DSRC(Dedicated Short Range Communication) system. CONSTITUTION: A base station searches an RFID card(S102). An RFID card of a vehicle is detected by the base station(S104). A parking state of the vehicle is determined by using information of the RFID card(S110). A gate of a parking lot is opened according to the parking state of the vehicle(S112,S114). An RF communication monitoring process is performed between the base station and the vehicle(S116). A license number and position information of the vehicle are transmitted to a management server(S118). The management server stores the license number and the position information into a vehicle information database(S120). A user is connected with the management server by using internet(S122). The user searches his vehicle by using a user terminal(S124-S128). The user searches the position of his vehicle by using a map layer(S130-S136).
