PURPOSE: A process of preparing a beverage using Agaricus Blazei Murill, sorbitol and houjucha(a kind of tea) is provided which maximizes pharmacological action and efficacy of Agaricus Blazei Murill, improves the taste of the beverage and permits mass production thereof. CONSTITUTION: Agaricus Blazei Murill and sorbitol are poured into 200L water respectively and then extracted, 8.8kg houjucha is poured into 2,500L water and then extracted, and 150L extracts of Agaricus blazei Murill and sorbitol and 900L houjucha extracts are poured into 1,000L water and agitated.
