PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a master for heat sensitive stencil printing, which is provided with a porous resin film on one side of a thermoplastic resin film and excellent in both of perforation sensitivity and print wear. SOLUTION: In the master for heat sensitive stencil printing, which is provided with at least the porous resin film produced by applying and drying a fluid on the thermoplastic resin film, the void area ratio of the porous resin film (B), observed from a side of the film which has no porous film, is made larger than the void area ratio of the porous resin film (F), which is observed from the side of the porous film, when the void hole of the porous resin film is deemed as a circle and the area of the same is calculated by converting the circle into a true circle.
