PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device with a fan or the like of a heat exchange fan motor easily accessed by ch a maintenance person. SOLUTION: A refrigerating showcase 31 is provided with a case 33 for displaying and refrigerating articles, and a chassis 35 defining a machine chamber for accommodating various kinds of machine parts. A condenser 41 is accommodated in the chassis 35 which is provided therein with a recess 35a at a portion opposite to the condenser, for exposing fins 41a. A fan motor assembly 43 for the condenser is disposed in the recess so as to face with the condenser. The fan motor assembly is provided with a fan motor 45 for the condenser, a fan motor bracket 47 and a fan guard 49.
