PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that when a burner employing a portable cartridge of gas fuel is used outdoors at the time of mountain climbing or fishing, flame is blown away or blown out by wind and heating power is lowered when the atmospheric temperature is low because evaporation of gas decreases, and although an auxiliary tool for windshield and heating is used for preventing these problems, the tool has five functions of windshield, heat reception, heat conduction, heating and fixing and since these functions are used individually or by assembling several functions, it is intricate, bulky, heavy and expensive. SOLUTION: In order to improve simplification and portability (lightweight, small volume) while noticing the possibility of integrating the structure of different functions of windshield and heating, the auxiliary tool is held in tight flexible contact with the tubular outer surface of the portable cartridge 3 of gas fuel using only two structures of a windshield 1 made of a flexible thin metal plate and a coil spring 2.
