SOLUTION: A rotary dryer comprises at least 3 scraping plates 7, 8 and 9 axially extending with classifying holes P provided in a drum 1 and fixed to an inner peripheral wall 1a and directed toward a central direction, and a plurality of classifying impact chambers 10, 11 and 12 formed by contacting the inner ends 7b, 8d and 9d of the plates 7, 8 and 9 with one another at a central side.
