PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent gas leakage caused by gradient of a turning scroll without increasing mechanical loss due to metal contact in a scroll compressor. SOLUTION: When the turning scroll 20 having a surface-side oil supplying means (a first oil guiding passage 71 and a second oil guiding passage) for supplying oil to a facing region between an opening end surface 12a of a side wall part 12 and a surface 21a of a turning side end plate 21 tilts to form a clearance, oil is filled into the clearance to fill up the clearance. Therefore, gas does not leak through the clearance. In the scroll compressor, gas leakage caused by gradient of a turning scroll can be effectively prevented without increasing the mechanical loss.
