PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a color distribution for electrolytic coloring, which generates due to factors on an aluminum alloy and a coloring process. SOLUTION: This method comprises immersing a normally anodized aluminum alloy in an aqueous solution containing metal salts; electrolyzing the aluminum alloy as an anode with constant current at first, and subsequently with constant voltage at a predetermined voltage for a predetermined time after the voltage has reached the predetermined voltage, as a pre-coloring process; then electrolytically coloring the aluminum alloy as a cathode with constant current in the same aqueous solution; and electrolytically coloring the aluminum alloy as an anode with constant current in the same aqueous solution.
