PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hand cream using natural materials as raw materials without using a chemically synthesized component or chemical at all. SOLUTION: This hand cream is characterized in that the hand cream is produced by using sarcocarp and pericarp of Citrus iyo hort. ex Tanaka as main raw materials for the hand cream, heating both, then pulverizing the resultant mixture together with Sake (rice wine) in a mixer into a creamy state and removing impurities from the resultant product after the pulverization with a strainer.
