PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the follow-up property to the displacement of a wheel in the vertical direction, and to save the space above a chassis frame in a suspension system of a vehicle capable of consistently ensuring four-wheel road holding on a traveling surface with much unevenness and many steps. SOLUTION: A transmission shaft 2 in the longitudinal direction turnably fitted to right and left sides of the chassis frame 1 is divided into two parts in the longitudinal direction, and these two divided shafts are connected to each other via bevel gears 4 and 5, an axle 10 is fitted to these transmission shafts via arms 6, and both ends of an interlocking member 12 in the right-and- left direction pivotably attached to both ends in the longitudinal direction of the chassis frame 1 in an oscillating manner are turnably and pivotably attached to the right and left arms 6.
