PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic molded body which enables improvement in working efficiency and a working environment and of which the base is little deteriorated, and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: The plastic molded body is formed by heating compression molding so that it has a functional coating layer 1, a fiber containing resin layer 2, a pattern layer 3 and a base layer 4 in this sequence from the surface side thereof.
