摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of light utilization efficiency caused by light shielding SRAM wire, etc., in a display system that uses both of reflected light and transmitted light. SOLUTION: A liquid crystal panel comprises a light transmitting array substrate AR, an opposed substrate CT and a liquid crystal layer LQ which is placed in between these two substrates and is controlled the arrangement of its liquid crystal molecules from them. The array substrate AR in particular, which contains a transparent pixel electrode 1 for applying electric field to the liquid crystal layer LQ and a light shielding wire part SL which has a space GP for transmitting the light incident from the back of the array substrate AR toward the layer LQ and is arranged in order not to overlap the space GP, forms a reflection plate for reflecting the light incident through the liquid crystal layer LQ from the opposed substrate CT.
