PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of obtaining a high- quality image free from surface staining and character scattering by preventing the transfer of the fogging toner of a non-image part, and preventing a processing member such as an image forming body from being heated by heat generation at transfer and fixing parts. SOLUTION: After a stage for electrostatically transferring a toner image formed on the image forming body to a belt member, the toner image is transferred to a sticky member again, and further the toner image on the sticky body is transferred and fixed on recording material.
