PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and accurately evaluate a radiation noise removing filter. SOLUTION: A signal is passed by connecting a signal supplier and a signal receiver with a transmission line to measure an initial radiation noise level (S1). Also, an initial peak value A of a current or a voltage on the transmission line is detected, and by attaching a radiation noise removing filter in the transmission line, a peak value B of the current or voltage, after attaching the filter on the transmission line, is detected similarly (S2). By subtracting the peak value B after attaching the filter from the initial peak value A, the value corresponding to the radiation noise removal by the radiation noise removing filter is obtained (S3). Then, by subtracting the value corresponding to the radiation noise removal from the initial radiation noise level, the radiation noise level after filter attaching is calculated (S4). By utilizing the peak value of current or voltage on the transmission line, the filter can be evaluated easily and accurately.
