摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for manufacturing high-quality aggregate high in degree of crystallization, which is easy of base adjustment of incinerated ash for manufacturing aggregate by incinerating waste and fusing incinerated ash and enables stable operation of an ash fusing furnace and is low in consumption of assistant fuel. SOLUTION: This consists of an incinerated ash fusing system which has a crystallizing conveyor for catching the incinerated ash of waste incinerated with a circulating flow furnace from among exhaust gas and fusing it in the ash fusing furnace and then, crystallizing the fused slug while cooling it, and the above circulating flow furnace is supplied with lime stone and/or slaked lime together with waste so that the base degree (CaO/SiO2 ratio) of the incinerated ash may be 0.45-2.5.
