PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a pipe stopping function for lowering or disappearing according to deformation droppage and the like occurring in an abutting part between a pressing bolt point part and a locking body head part, when a connection pipe starts to come off from its joint because of earthquakes or the like in the vicinity of a pipeline, after pipe joint connecting work has been carried out, while using a pipe stopper pressing ring. SOLUTION: In the abutting part between the pressing bolt point part and the locking body head part, a dynamic vector change and the like is worked out geometrically and physically, and the relationship between the cone angle of the pressing bolt point part and the inclination angle of the locking body head part and the relation of specific hardness between them are clarified.
