PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fungicide adhesive composed of a starch paste containing no formaldehyde. SOLUTION: This fungicide adhesive is characterized by including an isothiocyanic acid compound to the starch paste without containing formaldehyde. The isothiocyanic acid compound is characterized in that the compound is an emulsified substance prepared by adding a vegetable oil, an emulsifying agent and purified water in the fungicide adhesive.
