PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct the lateral dislocation or skewing of a paper sheet to be reversed in a reverse passage and discharged. SOLUTION: The reverse passage 20 and paper reversing means are provided on a paper carrying passage ranging from separation feeding means to an imaging part for feeding the part sheet to be carried via the paper carrying passage once into the reverse passage 20 and then reversing and discharging it. Thus, short time intervals for the paper sheet to be fed into the imaging part are achieved to improve productivity in imaging work. A movable member 24 is put in contact with the end face of the reverse passage 20 parallel to the direction of carrying the paper sheet fed thereinto to restrict the positioning of the paper sheet and prevent the lateral dislocation or skewing of the paper sheet in the reversing passage 20.
