PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-tumor medicine which can further improve the anti-tumor effect (efficiency and life prolongation effect) of an anti-tumor medicine using both lentinan and tegafur. SOLUTION: This anti-tumor medicine further uses gimestat and otastat, especially potassium otastat, and can remarkably improve the anti-tumor effect, especially its efficiency and life prolongation effect.
