PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tensile means transmission device for stopping teeth on a tooth groove when the connection of a second gear is released and also ensuring certain tooth surface contact not generating the play of teeth even when respective gears are mutually connected. SOLUTION: Load is applied to a first tensile member 9 by a spring 8 in order to apply tension to the tensile means 7 arranged in a circulative manner of the tensile means transmission device for ensuring the angular position of the second gear 5, of which the teeth are present on the tooth groove relatively with respect to a first gear 3 when the second gear 5 of the rotary press is positionally regulated to a second position. A second tensile member 11 is attached to the tensile means 7 and supported so as to be made positionally regulable to first and second changeover positions selectively. |
