PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of haze-up caused by step nonuniformity (corrugated nonuniformity generated in the longitudinal direction of a film), belt stripes (corrugated nonuniformity generated in the width direction), accretion-shaped nonuniformity of film flatness, fine surface roughness, etc., when the film which is dried to a certain extent is taken up from a casting support in a solution film-making method. SOLUTION: Dope is discharged from a casting die 4 to be cast on a casting band 5 and conveyed while being dried on the band 5 for film making by a solution film-making apparatus. The film which is dried to a certain extent and solidified is peeled off from the casting band 5 by a peeling roll 9. The film 14 shown by a solid line is peeled off from the casting band 5 at a peeling point a. When the tangent line direction h at the peeling point a is 0 degree and the normal line direction v is 90 degrees, the peeling angleθof the film 14 (the angle between the tangent line direction h and the film) is set up to be 30-80 degrees, practically about 65 degrees. |
