PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a defect such as banding caused by the press-contacting peculiarity of a brush-shaped member. SOLUTION: The brush processing device has a lubricant coating device 10 which coats an intermediate transfer belt 5 with a lubricant 15. The lubricant coating device has a brush roller 11 on which the lubricant abuts, and has a lubricant release means which can release the lubricant from the brush roller, meanwhile butting the brush roller on the intermediate transfer belt. A releasing member 20 is inserted into the lubricant or a bracket 13 holding the lubricant by a lubricant releasing means, the lubricant is moved in a release direction X by the releasing member, the releasing member is freely removably locked at the release position of the lubricant, thereby the lubricant release means is fixed. |
