PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a route up to a destination, and to reduce a burden of a user before reaching the destination when setting the destination on a road closed in the winter season, or even when setting the destination on a road unable to enter and retreat. SOLUTION: When searching the route, first of all, route searching processing for observing traffic regulation is executed (Step 101). When failing in searching the route, route searching processing for neglecting the traffic regulation is executed (Step 103). A traffic regulation neglecting cost of a very large value is added to the connection of a traffic regulation existing link in a calculation of a route cost in this route searching processing. In setting a destination route by a route search for neglecting the traffic regulation, when guiding the route, a place is identifiably displayed on a display device on the traffic regulation existing place, and guide voice for arousing attention of the traffic regulation is generated from a voice generator. |
